TIBETAN DICKEY LARSOE CO-OPERATIVE SOCIETY LTD (DICKEY LARSOE, BYLAKUPPE)
Tibetan Dickey Larsoe Co-operative Society Ltd., currently known as Tibetan Dickey Larsoe Primary Agricultural Credit Co-operative Society Ltd, was established on 24th October 1969 with the prime objectives of serving the members and to achieve the common economic benefit thereby helping them in improving their standard of living. In the beginning, 1563 members volunteered to form the society. As on the date 31.3.2022 the membership of society stands at total of 2176. Its activities and functions are benefitting not just the members but the entire people of settlement and also nearby local community enjoys the benefit indirectly or directly.

Agricultural rural service section
It is locally known as Tractor-cum-Workshop Section. It provides different services to the members, which are illustrated below.
- Tractor services: It is one of the main services providers to the farmers. This section has 5 tractors with an equal number of drivers who are employed throughout the year. It helps in tilling and harrowing of farm land as well as transporting materials and man, shelling of corn etc.. This service is provided to the members mostly on credit at a reasonable rate.
- Workshop section: It has a spacious mechanic room to repair tractors, a lathe machine to manufacture nuts, bolts and other tractor material. All the metallic repairs and manufacturing is done at the reasonable rate.
- Flour mill section: Section also has one flour mill under its fold. The flour mill is operated by the section staff and driver during their idle time to supplement Income of the section. Through this Flour Mill, it provides useful help to members in manufacturing cattle feeds from the Maize and other crop remnants.
- School bus: Unlike any other Society, here we extend the School Bus Service to the children and through this service, society is undoubtedly playing critical role in making our Future generation educated and are also helping in mitigating the problem and tension of their parents about their child’s journey to school back and forth,which provide them more time to focus more on their livelihood with ease. School Bus operate every day to pick and drop the children from camps to school & their school camp for a very nominal fee to cover for the Diesel, repair and maintenance of the bus.
- Furniture Section: This sub-section was launched recently to supplement the Tractor section’s income during the Off-season of Agricultural related activities. Here, all kinds of furniture and items of metal like Gate, ladder, dog cage and so on are made.
