Delhi 23 July: Miss. Dechen Choezin, a board member of Tibetan Primary Agricultural Credit Cooperative Society Ltd., Bylakuppe attended Leadership Development Programme organized by NCCE, a unit of NCUI, in New Delhi from 21-23, July, 2014. The programme is aimed to train Chairperson/Women Directors of Cooperatives in India.
Some of the sessions covered during the training programme are cooperative values, principles & its application, conducting different types of meetings in cooperative society, role & responsibility of BoDs, latest changes in Indian Cooperative Law; Socio-Economic Development of Women through cooperatives and ways and means for increasing women participation in cooperatives.
