Meeting on setting up BPO Call center

In order to setup BPO call centers in Major Tibetan settlements, a meeting was called on 5 June 2011 evening at FTCI head office with nine Tibetan who are senior executives in BPO call centers in Bangalore. A range of issues were discussed about setting up of advisory team, finding    clients, starting of base in Bangalore, and then diversifying in    Bylakuppe and later on in other settlements and so on. After due deliberation, it was decided to set up first BPO call center in Bangalore and then expand to Tibetan settlements.
