Position: GENERAL MANAGER
Salary: Rs. 23,787 per month
Benefits: Bonus upto 2 months salary, 40 days leave, PF & Gratuity
Incentives: 15% of net profit or 5% of projects
Requirements: Graduate with 3 years experience in relevant business
Position Summery:
- To develop and generate new business opportunities
- To manage, support, and supervise the business development department
- Proactively initiate and engage sales calls to new prospects.
- Drive “Request for quote” process with new prospects.
Key Accountability
- Set sales targets and define strategy to achieve these targets and to follow the set strategy punctually
- Manage the proposal development process and maintain the time-lines for the teams
- Develop draft proposals based on team meetings and discussions
- Maintain the Business Development databases

- Initiate marketing strategies and coordinate actions to influence the market
- Clarify goals and reach agreement maintaining the interests of all parties
- Proactively develops and improve products and services
- Ability to discuss strategic and sensitive issues
- Understands clients’ needs
