FTCI Head Office, Bangalore
Position: Chief Financial Officer
Salary: Rs. 25,384 per month
Benefits: Bonus upto 2 months salary, 40 days leave, PF & Gratuity
Requirements: Graduate with 3 years experience
Preference: Knowledge on Taxation and Tibetan Language
Duties & Responsibilities: 1. Prepare budgets and present to BoD
2. Monitor accounts of all units
3. Prepare account statements and file taxes on time
4.Give training to accountants of FTCI Unit and member co-oepratives

Position: GENERAL MANAGER
Salary: Rs. 23,787 per month
Benefits: Bonus upto 2 months salary, 40 days leave, PF & Gratuity
Incentives: 15% of net profit or 5% of new projects
Requirements: Graduate with 3 years experience in relevant business
Position Summery:
- To develop and generate new business opportunities
- To manage, support, and supervise the business development department
- Proactively initiate and engage sales calls to new prospects.
- Drive “Request for quote” process with new prospects.
Key Accountability
- Set sales targets and define strategy to achieve these targets and to follow the set strategy punctually
- Manage the proposal development process and maintain the time-lines for the teams
- Develop draft proposals based on team meetings and discussions
- Maintain the Business Development databases
Competencies:
- Initiate marketing strategies and coordinate actions to influence the market
- Clarify goals and reach agreement maintaining the interests of all parties
- Proactively develops and improve products and services
- Ability to discuss strategic and sensitive issues
- Understands clients’ needs
